I received a payment email but the money isn't in my Wise account

If you’ve received a “💰You’ve Been Paid” email from Vidsy, this means your payment has been sent successfully, not that it has already arrived in your account.

Please allow 1–3 business days for the funds to process and appear in your account before contacting our team. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If it has been more than 5 business days since you received the payment email and your funds still haven’t arrived, please contact our team so we can investigate further.
