I received a payment email but the money isn't in my Wise account?

Email says paid… Wise says nope? 👀

If you've received a "You've Been Paid" email from Vidsy, congratulations! 🎉 Your payment has been sent successfully and is making its way to your account. The email confirms that the payment has left our side, but it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Good to know: Most payments arrive within 1–3 business days, though processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If it has been over 5 business days since your payment email and the funds still haven’t arrived, contact the Community team at community@vidsy.co and we'll be happy to take a look.
