How much will I be paid?
All payment details are shown clearly before you apply. Each brief has a flat rate, which is the total amount you’ll receive. 💸
When will I be paid?
We aim to pay all briefs within 30 days of the deadline. You can view your pending payments, expected payment date, and previous payments on the Payments tab on the Creator platform.
✅ Good to know: Got a "You've Been Paid" email? 🎉 That means your payment has been sent! Please allow 1–3 business days for the funds to arrive.
How will I be paid?
We send all payments through Wise, a trusted international payment service that helps us get your money to you quickly, securely, and with lower fees. 🌍
The best part? There's nothing you need to do until your first payment is on the way.
Here's how it works:
You'll receive an email from Wise when a payment is ready to claim.
Follow the link and enter your preferred bank account details.
Wise will send the payment straight to your account.
No need to create a full Wise account - just follow the steps in the email. You'll only need to enter your bank details once. After that, future payments are as easy as a click of a button. ✨
💡Tip: Payments are sent to the email address linked to your Vidsy account, so make sure it's up to date.
How does the bonus work?
Think of the bonus as a little extra reward for creating standout content. ✨
Creators whose videos are selected as "Vidsy Recommended" may be eligible for a bonus. This tag means we loved your video enough to showcase it directly to the client.
Bonus amounts vary by brief, but they typically range from 5–30% on top of your original payment.
Do payments include tax?
Not quite! Payments don't include tax, so you'll need to declare your earnings and pay any applicable taxes according to your country's requirements.

We've got you covered. We'll reach out to request a W-9 form, which we'll use to prepare and send you a 1099 for tax season.
Can I send Vidsy an invoice?
Good news - you don’t need to send us an invoice. Our payment process is fully automated, so we’ve got that covered.
We do recommend keeping your own invoice records, though, as they can be useful when tax season rolls around. 📁
