In order to successfully complete either a motion graphics or live action brief, you must upload your final videos directly to the Vidsy platform.

When you export your final videos, please ensure your content ticks the following boxes:

✅ File type: .mov or .mp4

✅ Codec: H.264

✅ File size: <200mb

Additional Remix Requirements

As well as your videos, we require your After Effects files uploaded to Dropbox. Here’s a guide to packaging and uploading your After Effects files.

Additional CGC Requirements

As well as your videos, we require all legal forms to be submitted by the deadline into the Dropbox folder link provided within the brief. If we don’t receive them, we can’t legally use your videos and your submission will be considered incomplete.

We may require all or any of the following:

  • Performer and Location Release: You’ll need to sign two types of legal form, which grant Vidsy the right to feature your performer and location in the content. You can complete these electronically. Here’s everything you need to know.

  • Expense receipts: If requested, please photograph and upload your expense receipts.

  • Clean edits: Please send clean versions of your final videos without overlays and music.

  • Footage used in edits: If requested, please upload all your raw footage (without overlays etc.).

  • Working files: We provide an After Effects project file within every project file. If you're comfortable using After Effects or Premiere Pro, please collect and deliver your working files so we can easily edit your content.

If the Dropbox link is closed, you can email your files directly to community@vidsy.co.
