How our payments work with Wise
How our payments work with Wise

We make all payments via Wise. You don’t have to do anything until you receive your first payment, but here’s how it works:

  1. When a payment is due, you’ll receive an email from Wise asking you to claim the payment.

  2. You’ll register or log into Wise and enter your preferred bank account details.

  3. Wise will immediately release the payment into the account you specify.

PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to create a full Wise account, you only need to follow the instructions by clicking through from the email.

You’ll only need to enter your bank details the first time you claim a payment from Vidsy through Wise. For all additional payments, it’ll be as easy as clicking a button. We’ll be sending all payment emails to the email address you use to log in to Vidsy, so please ensure this is correct.

Which currency do you pay in?

Vidsy operates both UK-based and US-based briefs from our London and New York offices. We pay our UK briefs in GBP and our US briefs in USD.

Thanks to Wise, you will receive your payment in whichever currency you specify in your payment settings, regardless of whether Vidsy sends GBP or USD. The final amount may vary depending on currency conversion rates at the time of transfer.
