For CGC briefs, we require a signed performer release for each featured actor, and a location release for each private location used. If we do not receive these, we will not be able to use your content.

Performer release: A performer release has to be signed by everyone featured in your content, even if that’s you. This is so we can make sure that each person has given their permission to be featured.

Location release: A location release has to be signed by the owner of any private location that you’ve used for filming. This is so we can ensure the owner has given permission for their location to be featured. If you’re unsure what constitutes as a private location, view our guidelines here.

When you're working on a Vidsy brief, you'll be able to submit both a Performer and Location Release forms electronically.
