When you receive an initial payment from Wise, you have the option to mark your bank account details as your primary account. If you do this, all future payments will go directly into your account, and you won't need to claim by email each time.

How do I change the bank account details I specified as my primary account?

To change your bank account, log into Wise and head to 'recipients', you should be able to see the bank account you specified there. All you need to do is uncheck the box for "primary account". Here's a step-by-step guide:

  • Log in to your Wise account with your Vidsy email address.

  • If needed, go through password reset by selecting "Forgot my password".

  • Go to the "Recipients" page, and find the bank details selected as "primary".

  • Unmark the primary account.

Next time you receive a payment, you'll be asked to specify new details via email.
