If you can't load the Vidsy Creator Portal, there are a few things worth checking:

1 - Are you blocking cookies and/or local storage on our site?
This will stop our logins from working and you will not be able to access any briefs. To check and change this, go to your browser settings and 'accept cookies'.

2 - Are you using an outdated browser version?
Some old browsers are not supported by our site so you may need to update. To do this, go to your browser settings and install the latest update.
