The way you receive your product will depend on the specific brief you're selected for. In most cases, one of the following will apply:
1. Vidsy and/or the client ships the product directly to you ✨
For many briefs, the client will arrange shipping directly to the address you provided in your creator profile. To update this, head to Settings.
We always aim to get products shipped to creators as quickly as possible, and in most cases, we aim for products to be shipped within the same week that you accept your brief invite.
Depending on the timeline of the campaign, tracking information may or may not be provided.
2. You may be asked to purchase the product yourself ⭐
For some briefs, creators are asked to purchase the product directly and are reimbursed later.
If this applies to your brief, it will always be clearly stated in the brief details or communicated by the team before filming begins. Please make sure to keep your receipt or proof of purchase for reimbursement purposes.
