The way you receive your product depends on the brief you’re selected for. In most cases, one of the following applies:
1. Vidsy and/or the client ships the product directly to you ✨
For many briefs, the client will arrange shipping directly to the address you provided in your creator profile. To update this, head to Settings.
🚨 Heads up: Please make sure your address is up to date, as this is where all campaign products will be sent. Last-minute changes may cause delays.
We aim to ship products as quickly as possible, usually within the same week you accept the brief. Tracking may or may not be provided depending on the campaign.
2. You may be asked to purchase the product yourself ⭐
In some cases, you’ll be asked to buy the product and get reimbursed afterwards.
If this applies, it will always be clearly stated in the brief or shared by the team before filming. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase for reimbursement.

My product hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If you have not received your product, tracking information, or any shipping updates within 1 week of the submission deadline, please email the Community team at community@vidsy.co so we can look into this for you.
When contacting us, please include:
✅ The name of the brief
✅ Whether you have received any tracking information or shipping updates
✅ Any relevant screenshots or details that may help us investigate
Our team will follow up with the client and provide an update as soon as possible.
I received a product but haven't received a brief invitation yet
In some cases, you may receive a product before your official brief invite 📦 This just means the client is sending products early to keep things moving fast.
Don’t worry, your brief invite will usually follow shortly once everything is finalized.
For now:
Hold onto the product
Don’t start filming yet unless we say so
Keep an eye on your email + Vidsy notifications 👀
