My product hasn't arrived. What should I do?

We understand it can be frustrating when you're waiting for a product to arrive before filming your content.

In some cases, shipping timelines may be delayed by the client or courier, and tracking information may take a little longer than expected to be shared.

If you have not received your product, tracking information, or any shipping updates within 1 week of the submission deadline, please email the Community team at community@vidsy.co so we can look into this for you.

When contacting us, please include:

βœ… The name of the brief

βœ… Whether you have received any tracking information or shipping updates

βœ… Any relevant screenshots or details that may help us investigate

Our team will follow up with the client and provide an update as soon as possible.
