If you submitted your content through Dropbox and now see a 'Did Not Submit' status on the platform, don’t panic, your account isn't in trouble!
We know this message can be confusing, but here’s what you need to know:
The status is automated
The status label is generated automatically by the system. In some cases, the platform may not properly reflect Dropbox uploads even when your content was successfully submitted.
At this time, this status cannot be manually changed or updated by support.
You will still be paid
If your content was uploaded correctly and on time through Dropbox, you will still receive payment for eligible submissions.
This automated status does not impact your payout.
No flags or penalties will be applied
Seeing 'Did Not Submit' does not mean:
your account has been flagged
you violated any rules
your submission was rejected
Your creator standing has been affected
No penalties or negative marks will be placed on your account because of this automated status.
Do you need to do anything?
In most cases, no further action is needed. If you uploaded your files successfully before the deadline, your submission is still being recognised internally even if the status display is incorrect.
For your own records, it’s always a good idea to keep Dropbox upload confirmations or timestamps.
