Some CGC campaigns may require you to submit a product photo for approval before filming. If this is required, it will be clearly outlined in the brief instructions.
To submit your product photo, please email it to community@vidsy.co along with the name of the brief so our team can review it and support you if needed. Please do not begin filming until your products have been approved by our team.
We aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your submission. As this is an additional step in the process, we recommend purchasing your products and submitting your photo for approval as soon as possible to avoid delays with filming.
