If a brief deadline changes, we’ll directly reach out to you and the rest of the creators on the campaign via email to confirm the updated deadline. We also recommend checking your brief page regularly, as it will always display the most current deadline.
If you’ve been granted a personal extension, please note that the platform will still close at the original deadline. This means you will no longer have access to the brief or be able to submit content on the platform. If this happens, please submit all content through the Dropbox folder shared with you by the team.
Please also note that you may still receive an automated reminder email stating that you’ve missed the deadline, even if you’ve been granted a personal extension.
