All brief payments are shown in GBP (£) by default, since Vidsy pays all creators from our HQ in London 🇬🇧
On each application page, you’ll also see an estimated payout in your local currency (based on live exchange rates). When it’s time to get paid, you’ll receive your money in the currency set in your Payment settings.
Which currency should I select for my payment?
We send all payments in GBP, but Wise lets you receive money in your chosen currency.
📐 Quick rule: your currency needs to match your bank account location. For example, USD payments can only be sent to a US bank account.
Pick the currency that matches your bank account country and you’re good to go 👍
What if my currency is missing?
If your currency isn’t listed, don’t worry - you’ve still got options 💸
We recommend setting up a Wise or Payoneer account. Both are trusted payment services used by creators worldwide (and lots of Vidsy creators too).
With either one, you can receive payments from Vidsy in GBP (or USD) using local account details, then easily transfer the money to your bank account. Just make sure you select GBP or USD in your payment settings if you’re using this method!
