If your Wise payment shows as “cancelled” or “expired”, don’t worry - this usually means one of two things:
The account details you provided to Wise are incorrect.
The payment was returned to Vidsy after remaining unclaimed for seven days.
What happens next?
No action needed from you! We’ll automatically reprocess your payment in the next payment run.
✅ Good to know: Payments go out every two weeks, so your cancelled payment will be included in the next cycle.

Do I need to do anything?
We recommend checking two things 🤔:
1. Your preferred currency
Head to your Vidsy payment settings and make sure your selected currency matches your bank account location. For example, USD for US accounts, GBP for UK accounts, CAD for Canada. We can only pay into accounts that match their country currency.
2. Your Wise recipients
Log into Wise.com and check the accounts listed in your Recipients tab. Wise will try to pay your primary account first, so it’s best to remove any existing details.
When we reprocess your payment, Wise will ask you to enter new bank details. 🆕
